微胶囊技术在沙棘混合粉防吸湿方面的应用

摘要 采用悬浮交联法制备沙棘混合粉的微胶囊。粒度仪测定微胶囊的大致分布范围;运用扫描电镜测定其表观形态;并运用DSC表征了微胶囊的形成。在模拟胃液中,测定微胶囊的缓释,得知不同工艺条件对缓释的影响。测定实验样品的相对吸湿量,结果表明:采用微胶囊技术对沙棘混合粉进行包覆明显地改善其吸湿性能。 The Hippiphae Rimniodesc (HR) mixture microcapsule was manufactured through suspensoid cross - link method. Measuring particle machine was used to survey the scope of microcapsule, and scanning electron microscope was employed to demonstrate the superficial shape, while the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) utilized to explain the production of microcapsule. The effect of different technology regulations to controlled release at the surrounding of simulating gastric was and the relative hygroscopicity of samples were measured at some relative humidity. It is conclusive that hygroscopic of HR mixture was obviously improved
