摘要
主要运用系统分析的思想、方法,使用模糊数学的多层次模糊综合评判方法进行评估,确立舰艇作战系统作战效能的因素集和权重集,建立相应的隶属函数。在舰艇作战系统经过分析及专家咨询的基础上,运用系统分析的方法,对舰艇作战系统进行效能评估。
This paper performes the evaluation using multi - level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the concept and methcx] of system analysis. The factor set and weight set was determined and the member function was established. By analyzing the ship＇s combating system and cousultating to expert, the effectiveness of the ship＇s combating system was evaluated using the system analyzing method.
