As a new generation of the Joint Flanning Network in the U.S. Navy Network - Centric Warfare infrastructure, Navy Marine Corps lntranet （NMCI） will link the desktops for 336,000 Navy and Marine Corps users across the U.S. as well as the IT-21_ and the Marine Corps Tactical Network（MCTN）. Procured by the seat management contract, NMCI Mll make the full range of network - class information services available to sailot and marines for day- to- day activities and in war.
