摘要
目的探讨输尿管肾镜下气压弹道碎石技术在男性尿道结石治疗中的应用。方法回顾分析输尿管肾镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗27例男性尿道结石的经验及教训。结果27例均一次性碎石成功,术后未见明显感染、尿道狭窄等并发症发生。结论输尿管肾镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗男性尿道结石是微创、安全、有效的。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteropyelscopy for the treatment of urethral stones, Methods A retrospective clinical analysis was made in 27 patients. Results 27 cases were treated successfully in a single procedure,no complication as infection and urethral stricture occured. Conclusion The PL uretroscope in the treatment of urethral stones was an effective and safe therapeutic method.
