摘要
合成了有机硅改性水性光敏聚氨酯,考察了甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)和环氧丙烯酸酯(EA) 这两种光交联单体对固化膜的耐水性能和硬度等方面的影响;考察了有机硅改性对固化膜耐水性的影响.固化膜红外谱图表明:有大量的氨酯键生成,EA已参与到反应中去,有机硅也接到分子链上; 硬度测试结果表明:采用EA作为光交联单体时,固化膜的硬度较HEMA作光交联单体时有明显的提高(HEMA作交联单体时固化膜硬度(H,而采用EA时则可高达3H).耐水性测试表明有机硅的改性可以大大提高固化膜的耐水性能.
Polymers of UV - curable aqueous polyurethane modified by organ - silicone were synthesized. The effects of hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), epoxy acrylate(EA) and organic silicone on water resistance and hardness were discussed. Results have shown that: comparied with HEMA, EA can do a better job in water-resistance and hardness of the film; also, the film modified by organic silicone displayed much better water-resistance than the film without organic silicone.
