Review of the Governance Theories for Economic Organizations

亚当.斯密和马克思、伯利和米恩斯、科斯分别从分工、权力分离和交易成本的角度对经济组织治理问题进行了研究,其研究成果成为经济组织治理理论思想渊源。之后,对经济组织治理理论问题的研究,研究文献甚多,涉及问题也较丰富。概括起来,主要体现在两个方面:所有者行为与治理生成、经济组织治理的核心与实现手段。

Adam Smith and Marx, Berle and Means, Coase carry separately on the research to the governance problem for economic organizations from division of labour, power separation and transaction costs. They mainly studied two problems .. The proprietor behavior and the governance problem come into being, the governance core of economic organizations and executive measure.
