摘要 研制了一种用于油气管道壁厚检测的传感器,该壁厚传感器由机器人携带进入油气管道内部,实现对油气管道壁厚的实时测量,获得管道的壁厚参数。介绍了传感器的结构,并详细研究了传感器的测量原理,设计了传感器探头。进行了相关实验研究。试验结果表明,性能可靠、精度高。 A kind of sensor used for inspecting the thickness of pipes is developed. This sensor is taken into the oil and gas pipes and realizes the inspecting thickness of the pipes in real time. This can get the thickness of the pipes. The structure of the sensor is researched. The principle of the magnetic flux leakage is introduced, and the sensor probe according to the principle is designed. This sensor is scaled by experiments. The results are reliable and high-precise.
