Relationship between potassium channels and tumor cells
摘要
钾离子通道是细胞膜上种类最多的一类离子通道,广泛分布在包括肿瘤细胞在内的多种细胞,在细胞的多种生理活动中发挥重要作用,与肿瘤细胞的增殖和凋亡密切相关。现综述近年有关钾离子通道在肿瘤细胞增殖和凋亡等方面的研究进展。
