CD40/CD40L与白血病及其治疗
CD40/CD40L and leukemia as well as treatment
摘要
CD40/CD40配体(CD40L)结合所产生的共刺激信号在白血病干细胞和B 细胞的增殖、分化、抗体分泌、T 细胞活化及效应性细胞因子分泌中起重要作用,与白血病的发生、发展和预后有密切关系。CD40/CD40L 在免疫应答中起关键作用,可抑制白血病细胞生长、诱导凋亡、促进分泌细胞因子和增强白血病细胞抗原提呈作用等,广泛应用于白血病的免疫治疗。
