单横管连续蒸煮技术改造的实践

Rebuilding of Horizontal Continuous Digester in Bositeng Hu Paper Mill

叙述了新疆博斯腾湖造纸厂将天津轻机厂采用Ｓｕｎｄｓ公司技术制造的单横管冷喷放连续蒸煮系统改为双横管双喷放连续蒸煮系统；改造后漂白苇浆产量增加１倍，质量提高，原料、动力、人力单耗全面降低，经济效益明显提高。

In order to expand its capacity,Bositeng Hu Paper Mill,Xinjiang autonomous area has rebuit its singlehorizontal with cold blowing continuous digester which was supplied by Tianjin Light Industry Machinery Workwith the Sunds'license.A two horizontal tubes with two blowings continuous digester has been put into operationafter rebuilding. Doubling the reed pulp production,upgrading the quality of the pulp, reducing the consumptionof reed material,power and labor are resulted. Significant profit of rebuilding is claimed.
