摘要
在低噪声放大器的设计过程中,匹配网络的设计是关键的组成部分,它直接影响低噪声放大器的性能。在分析放大器的稳定性、噪声系数及增益的基础上,提出了利用射频仿真软件进行仿真设计的思路,并就改善仿真设计的产品性能上提出了具体的办法,可以达到较好的实用效果,节约了设计周期,并保证了性能稳定等要求。
During the process of designing LNA, the design of matching networks plays a great important role because it affects the performance of the amplifier dramatically. At first the stability, noise figure and power gain of the low noise amplifier are analyzed. Then a design approach using Ansoft Designer is analyzed, which is a general purpose CAD package for performing high frequency circuits. Some tips for the improvement of the LNA performance are discussed. By using this approach, the design period can be reduced and better performance is obtained.
