火电厂主、辅机弹簧隔振基础设计的几个问题

摘要 在火电厂主、辅机弹簧隔振基础设计中,按统一2套国家标准体系与1台机器1个隔振基础台板的原则设计。但存在如计算转子做回转运动时因其残余不平衡量产生的离心力;选取离心力作用到基础上扰力的总传递系数;确定基础台板振动的判据和钢筋混凝土的阻尼比;核算刚性基础台板的一阶弯振频率等问题。隔而固(青岛)减振技术有限公司对解决这些问题进行了探讨,这有助于提高我国隔振基础的设计水平。 Some questions in designing spring foundation for both T/G units and the auxiliary machines in thermal power plants are discussed in this paper, such as the calculation of the centrifugal force caused by the residual imbalance of the rotor when rotating, the total transfer factor from the centrifugal force to the excitation acting on the foundation deck, the vibration criteria for the foundation deck, the damping ratio of the reinforced concrete, how to resolve the contradiction between two national code systems, the calculation of the first order of the bending natural frequency of the rigid foundation deck and the design principle of one foundation deck for one machine, etc.
