摘要
目前核电站中,大容量汽轮发电机组因受材料强度的限制,应用半速汽轮发电机组,大多数配用弹性基础。以国内引进型600MW机组为例,如果汽轮发电机组改为半速机组,使用常规固定基础,则有限元分析计算显示,固定基础很可能与汽轮机产生共振。如果使用弹性基础,则基础的动力放大系数将减少98%左右,可避免基础与半速汽轮机组产生共振。
Why a spring foundation will almost always be used for a half- speed t/G unit at nuclear power stations is discussed in this paper. Imagining an imported Westinghouse type 600MW T/G unit, which is not of full - speed, but of half speed, with a conventional foundation, finite element analyses show that the foundation will be resonated with the machine. If a spring foundation is used, comparison shows that more than 98% of the power amplification factor will be reduced by the spring elements.
