薄煤层采煤机大功率截割传动部的研制与应用

Development and Application of the Powerful Geared-head Unit for Thin Seam Shearer

通过对薄煤层采煤机总体结构特点的分析,研制了两大系列适用于多电机驱动薄煤层采煤机的大功率截割传动部,并获得成功应用。本文对其结构特点与使用效果进行了介绍。

Based on analyzing and studying the overall structural features of the thin seam shearer, two series of powerful geared-head unit have been developed and successfully applied on the thim sean shearer with multi-motor drive. Their structural features and application effects are introduced in the paper.
