摘要
润滑油和变压器油在电厂中的应用十分广泛,使用过程中受外界不同因素的影响,其理化性质就会发生变化。为此,结合华能汕头燃机电厂运行设备的实际情况,介绍了该厂通过油品测试分析,尤其是光谱分析和铁谱分析,根据电力用油理化性质的变化趋势及时诊断出设备潜在故障的经验,阐明了电力用油的检测结果与设备潜在故障之间的一些内在关系。
Lubricating oil and transformer oil are widely used in power plants. Their physicochemical properties will change under the influence of different external factors during use. In combination with the actualities of the equipment in Huaneng Shantou Gas Turbine Power Plant, this paper summarizes the experience of the plant in timely diagnosing latent faults in equipment according to the variation trend of analysis and ferrography. The internal relation oil physicochemical properties through between oil test results and latent faults oil test analysis, especially spectral in equipment is expounded.
