摘要
针对某国产300 MW机组大修后出现的轴系振动问题,分析了导致振动异常的原因。分析的结果是氢冷汽轮发电机的氢气密封瓦的装配质量对振动有显著影响。同时指出,对发电机密封瓦的结构特性认识不足,忽视了对密封油温度的控制,造成密封瓦活动不畅,而与发电机转子产生动静碰磨,是导致振动的关键。最后,提出了解决此类问题的处理建议。
This paper analyzes the causes of the shafting vibration of a Chinese-made 300 MW unit after overhauling, coming to the conclusion that the assembly quality of the hydrogen sealing bush in the hydrogen-cooled turbogenerator has great influence on vibration. It is also indicated that the key reason of the vibration is the kinetic and static friction between the generator rotor and the obstructed sealing bush as a result of the inadequate understanding of the sealing bush structural characteristics and the neglect of control on sealing oil temperature. Finally, corresponding suggestions are put forward.
