将计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAM)运用于钣金加工业已成为企业加快产品开发,提高产品质量,占领市场的有力措施。介绍了用计算机辅助设计制造钣金件,从零件的设计开始,经过展开、排样,到剪切,冲压、折弯等工序的具体运用,其中最主要的是制件的设计展开及数控指令编制。
To take computer assistant design and manufacture (CAD/CAM) to be applied in filmy steel plate processing has been a strong measure for an enterprise in speeding up product development, raising product quality, occupying market. Introduction is made to filmy steel plate pieces CAD/CAM from part, through practical application processes such as pattern arrangement, to sharing, pressing, and bending etc, amongst the mainest is the unfolding of the part to be made and the compiling of CNC instructions.
