骨髓铁染色对缺铁性贫血与慢性疾病性贫血的鉴别诊断价值

Value of differential diagnosis on iron-deficiency anemia and chronic diseases anemia with marrow iron-stain

目的:探讨骨髓铁染对缺铁性贫血和慢性疾病性贫血的鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取缺铁性贫血、慢性疾病性贫血的骨髓片行染色检查,显微镜下检测细胞内外铁。结果:缺铁性贫血和慢性疾病性贫血患者细胞内铁明显减少;缺铁性贫血患者细胞外铁明显减少,慢性疾病贫血患者胞外铁明显增加(P<0.001)。结论:骨髓铁染色是鉴别诊断缺铁性血和慢性疾病性贫血简单易行的方法。

Objective To explore the value of differential diagnosis on iron-deficiency anemia and chromic diseases anemia with marrow iron-stain. Method Some patients with iron-deficiency anemia and chronic disease anemia were selected and the level of iron in cells and out of cells by marrow iron-stain detected. Results Low level of iron in cells was present in the patients with iron-deficiency anemia or chronic diseases anemia, and low level of iron out of cells was present in patients with iron-deficiency anemia, and high level of iron out of cells was present in the patients with chronic diseases anemia （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Marrow iron-stain is one of simple and safe methods of differential diagnosis on iron-deficiency anemia and chromic diseases anemia.
