摘要 采用独创的玉米开苞导入法将含有矮秆、高角质、抗病、抗倒伏等性状的玉米、摩擦禾和大刍草总DNA导入玉米自交系,筛选出具有目的性状,且产量配合力高的新品系25114,并以其为母本组配出优良杂交种。 By employing a novel DNA transformation method for maize that exogenous DNA is laid on the surfaces of ovaries with cut pathways of pollen tubes on each ear, a mixed exogenous genomic DNA sample, which contains the genomic DNA samples extracted from maize, tripsacum and teosinte respectively that have some traits such as short stem, high cutin content, strong resistances to some diseases and lodging resistance, was introduced into a maize inbred line. A new line 25114, which has these traits and high combining ability of yield, as female parent, was used to cross a promising hybrid.
