摘要 N-(聚羟基月桂酸酯)酰基-3-二甲氨基丙胺是非水递质中颜料用超分散剂,介绍了这类超分散剂的结构特性,并对其分散机理及性能进行了探讨.溶剂化部分是聚羟基月桂酸酯,锚固定基是—N(CH 3)2.简述了主要合成方法,并为获得适当长度的聚酯链选择了最佳合成条件:以12-羟基月桂酸为原料,二甲苯为溶剂,氮气保护及催化剂存在下,在170℃、18 h生成平均聚合度Xn=8的聚酯链. The structural features of N-(polyhydroxylauric acid ester)-carbonyl- 3-dimethylaminopropamine, a hyperdispersant for pigments in non-aq, media, was presented . The dispersion mechanism and the performance were researched. The solvated part was the poly(hydroxylauric acid ester), and the anchoring functional group the -N(CH3)2. The main synthetic method was resumed and the best conditions were selected to obtaining suitable polyester chain length. 12-Hydroxylauric acid was used as raw material and xylene as solvent. Polyester chain having average polymn, degree Xn=8 was obtained when polymd, at 170 ℃ for 18 h under N2 in the presence of catalyst.
