This paper particularly discusses the designing ideas and courses of a system that can detect whether there is voltage or not, including hardware and software design. The core of the system is MSP430F449, including peculiar sensors,signal process circuits, LCD modules,key modules and some alarms. This paper ends with some simulation result and the actual result of the sample device we have made. Practice proves that it can well and truly judge whether there is voltage or not and tell the range of the voltage. This manufacture will have great influence on the telecom department.
