摘要
目的:采用HPLC/UV法对玄参药材进行指纹图谱的研究。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇和0.1%甲酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速:1 mL/min。结果:得到分离度、精密度和重复性均较好的玄参药材HPLC/UV指纹图谱。结论:本方法可用于玄参药材的指纹图谱测定,并为其全面质量控制提供参考。
Objective：To develop a method for studying the I-IPLC/UV fingerprints of Radix scrophulariae. Methods：Separation was performed on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 （250 mm × 4.6 ram, 5 μm）analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% formic acid and methanol as gradient elute. The flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results： Perfect fingerprints were obtained which can be used for the valuation of Radix scrophulariae. Conclusion： The method can be used for the quality control of Radix scrophulariae.
