摘要
首先介绍了电信业国际化的战略路径及国际化经营的重点难点问题;重点分析了中国电信企业国际化的战略路径:在发达地区设立办事处/分公司、子公司,与境外电信运营商建立合作与联盟;在不发达地区,利用国家政策,与设备厂商携手,开展海外投资与经营。最后对国际化经营提出策略建议,包括发展模式、业务模式、合作模式及人才培养模式等。
Firstly, this article introduces the strategic paths of teleeom internationalization and the emphasis and difficulties of international business; Secondly, it particularly analyzes the strategic paths for the internationalization of chinese teleeom enterprises, i.e. setting up offiees, branehes and subsidiary companies in developed areas and cooperating with foreign telecom carriers, while in underdeveloped areas, making use of the national policy and developing overseas investments and operations with equipment manufaetarers; Finally, it puts forward some snggestions on international operation, including development mode, service mode, cOOperation mode, and professionals cultivation mode.
