摘要
用原子吸收法测定4种植株的不同部位中的K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu、Zn等6种矿质元素含量变化,样品采用HNO3-HClO4湿法消化,并用SrCl2消除共存离子的干扰,建立了在同一种溶液中测定多种元素的方法,该方法简便、快速、准确,测定结果满意。
Determine six kinds mineral elements of K.Ca.Mg.Mn.Cu. Zn in different part of four kinds plants by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The samples are dissolved by wet digestion with HNO3- HClO4, using SrC12 to prevent interference of coexistence. Then established a method determine multiracial element in the same solvent. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
