借鉴境外园区发展经验,加强大学科技园建设

当前我国大学科技园建设与发展在总体上处于起步阶段,已经取得了不少成功的经验,但也面临着一些问题和不足,如何加强我国大学科技园建设成为目前政府、高校、科技园管理者以及社会各界关注的一个热点。本文正是从以上问题入手,深刻总结英美印等国及我国台湾地区典型高科技产业集群区成功的若干启示,并提出加强我国大学科技园建设与发展的几点对策思考。

Nowadays as a whole, the construction and development of our university science parks is still in its beginning stages, They, on the one hand, have gained much successful experience through practice, but on the other hand, they are also facing a great many problems and difficulties. How to further strengthen construction of university science parks has already becoming a focus of discussion among governments, higher education institutions as well as parks＇ management groups and different social circles. In view of the above situation, this essay makes a deep summary of those typical high- tech industry clusters in Britain, U.S.A, India and our Taiwan district, drawing lessons from outside the mainland of China and making a list of countermeasures to further strengthen construction of university science parks.
