加快工业化进程,提高经济一体化水平是乌昌经济圈实现跨越式发展的必然选择,产业集群以其特有的集聚效应和成本优势在增强中小企业竞争力,提高经济一体化水平,促进乌昌经济快速增长等方面发挥着重要作用,为增强乌昌区域经济综合竞争力,实现跨越式发展提供了一条新的发展之路。
Acceleration of the industrialized process and improvement of the economic integration level will lead to the leap - forward development inevitably for Urumqi - Changji economic circle. Industry cluster with its peculiar concentrating effect and superiority in cost plays an important role in enhancing competitiveness of small and medium - sized enterprises, improving the economic integration level and promoting the development of Urumqi - Changji economy.
