愿景管理是时下企业界的一个热门话题,它作为组织管理的一种形式也可以为社团管理所用。本文撰写的目的是为了探讨愿景在学生社团管理中运用的可行性和必要性,并对学生社团愿景框架的构建和愿景管理的具体方法作以简要论述,供有识之士商榷。

The vision management that time descends a hot issue in the business enterprise field, As a kind of organization management form , it also can be used in the association management. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the possibility and necessity of using the new idea ‘vision’ in the student association management and how to set up the student＇s association vision frame and what we can do in executing the student＇s association management.
