摘要
在工科院校开展艺术素质教育,具有重要的现实意义。在工科院校营造并强化艺术素质教育氛围是抓好工科大学生艺术素质教育的关键。在推进艺术素质教育的过程中,工科院校必须遵循三条原则:全面平衡的原则、积极性主动性原则、创造性原则。
It is of great importance to carry out artistic quality education in engineering institutes. To create and strengthen the atmosphere artistic quality education in engineering institutes is fundamental to improve their artistic quality. Three principles will have to be observed： overall balance,initiative and creativity.
