摘要 介绍了一项低成本改造焊管定尺锯切系统的技术。该技术以PLC为控制中心,旋转编码器、接近开关为检测元件,采用机电结合的方法,解决了老式焊管定尺锯切系统普遍存在的定尺不准、可靠性差等问题。新系统控制可靠,工作稳定,定尺误差为±5mm,改造成本2万元左右,能够满足生产的需要。 Described in the paper is a technology concerning low-investment modification of the sawing system for welded pipe length-cutting. With PLC as central control unit, and rotary coder and proximity switch, etc. as measuring elements, the modified electromechanically-operated sawing system is free of the common shortcomings as the old type sawing system stays with such as inaccurate length-measurement and reliability deficiency and so on. With so low an investment of about 20,000 RMB yuan, the new sawing system is capable of satisfying the need for normal production, and features reliable control, consistent operation and high length-measurement accuracy.
