摘要 讨论了冷轧精密钢管的关键工模具冷轧芯棒的工况特点、选材和热处理工艺。分析了GCr15钢冷轧芯棒在制造工艺和实践应用中存在的问题以及9CrSi、Cr12MoV钢的材料特性。提出了冷轧芯棒合理的制造工艺。解决了细长类工具冷轧芯棒在进行热处理变形控制的同时获得高硬度高耐磨性的工艺难题。 Described in the article are the main aspects concerning the mandrel, a key process tool for cold- rolling of precision seamless steel tube, including the work condition characteristics, material selection and heat treatment. And analyses are also made on the problems concerning the manufacturing process and operation of the GCr15 steel mandrel as well as the material characteristics of the 9CrSi and Cr12MoV steels. As a result, a proper manufacturing process of the said mandrel is proposed in order to solve the chronic technological problem of how to properly control the heat treatment deformation of slim tools like the mandrel in a bid to get both high hardness and high wearability.
