在市场竞争日益激烈的环境下,外包作为经济管理的战略工具,已越来越多的被运用。许多企业将其视为降 低成本、分散风险、提高核心竞争力的法宝。但也有研究表明,外包策略并不如意。本文通过对外包的涵义与成本效益分 析,探讨如何正确外包。
In a market that full of fierce competition,outsourcing,as a strategic alignment tool,has been pursued by more corporations.May enterprises regard it as a magic weapon of reducing cost,dispersing risk and advancing core competence.But some research show outsourcing was not satisfactory. This paper analyzes the meaning of outsourcing cost and benefit through outsourcing,to enterprise implementing outsourcing.
