Clarified the malpractice of coat source plan handwork management in port, and pointed out that the computer management is imperative. The design system is composed of annual program,monthly plan,basic information and auxiliary function etc. four sub-systems,and has given out the module construction diagram, and the detailed description each module to implement function.
