Research on Traffic Impact Analysis of Some Business Lives Area in Beijing

交通影响评价是对城市土地开发或土地使用性质变更的项目,可能对城市交通所产生的影响进行定量评估并制定解决方案的过程.近年来,北京市新建商务区以及纯住宅项目较多,新建项目建设完工投入使用后会给周边带来多大的交通量以及是否会恶化原有的交通环境,都需要通过交通影响评价来预决策.现对北京市某商务居住综合区的交通影响评价进行了研究,提出了交通改善措施.

Traffic impact analysis is the project of the traffic impact for city land-developing or the land-using. In recent years, Beijing city had been set up many business and pure residence area. How did that bring to much new traffic and worsen the original transportation environment, all these need to carry out the traffic impact analysis. The traffic impact analysis for some business and lives area in Beijing is researched, and the transportation ameliorative measures are proposed.
