摘要
推行工程量清单计价招投标的核心就是“合理低价中标”.现就清单计价模式下“合理低价中标”的定义及对招标工作产生的影响进行了论述,对“合理低价中标”的应用中存在的问题提出了解决的对策.
The lowest reasonable tender price is a key factor in tendering with bill quantity of construction works. The lowest reasonable tender price in tender evaluation is analyzed, and the problems of the lowest reasonable tender price and the acceptable solutions are discussed.
