经皮椎体成形术及血管内栓塞化疗治疗椎体转移瘤 被引量:2

摘要 [目的] 探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)和血管内栓塞化疗治疗椎体转移瘤的临床效果.[方法] 采用经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)和/或血管内栓塞化疗治疗椎体转移瘤16例,共23个椎体,10例患者共15个椎体单独行PVP术,6例8个椎体先后行PVP和血管内栓塞化疗术,术后随访3~12月.[结果] 技术操作成功率为100%,无严重并发症发生.术后疼痛完全缓解12例,部分缓解4例,75%(3/4例)不同程度脊髓功能障碍者完全恢复,随访3~12月未出现复发及新的椎体压缩性骨折.[结论] PVP和血管内栓塞化疗可以缓解椎体转移瘤引起的疼痛及继发性截瘫,增加椎体的稳定性,提高患者的生存质量,是治疗椎体转移瘤的理想方法. [Objective] To investigate the clinical value of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) and endovascular chemotherapy and embolization for the treatment of vertebral metastatic tumors. [ Methods] Adopt PVP and endovascular chemotherapy and embolization for the treatment of vertebral metastatic tumors, including 16 cases with 23 vertebral metastasis, which were followed up for 3 - 12 months. Ten cases with 15 vertebrae were performed PVP only, 6 cases with 8 vertebrae were undergone endovascular chemotherapy and/or embolization. [Results] The successful rate of operations was 100%. No severe complications were observed. The pain was completely relieved in 12 and partial relieved in 4 cases. 75% (3/4) of patients were completely recovered in spinal cord dysfunction. There was no relapse and new vertebral collapse in followed up period. [ Conclusion] Percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) and PVP combined with endovascular therapy can relief the pain and secondary paraplegia,increase the vertebral stabilization and improve the quality of life, which is an ideal method for treating vertebral metastatic tumors.
