高频环形电切术治疗宫颈疾病的疗效观察

High frequent loop electrosurgical excision procedure: a valuable method for treatment of cervical disease

[目的]评价高频环形电切术(HFLEEP)在宫颈疾病中的诊断和治疗价值。[方法]对75例宫颈环形电切术患者进行治疗及其疗效进行回顾性分析。[结果]患者中位年龄33.5岁,30岁以下未生育者8例(10.67%),12例多点活检病理为宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)I级病例中有10例与环切术病理相符,2例环切术后病理为CINIII级;8例CINII级患者的环切术病理均示相符,手术并发症主要是术后出血,随诊未发现复发病例。[结论]高频环形电切术是一种明确诊断、决定进一步治疗方案的诊断方法,又是一种有效的治疗手段。

[ Objective] To evaluate the value of High frequent loop electrosurgical excision procedure （HFLEEP） in diagnosis and treatment of cervical disease. [ Methods] Records of 75 patients with cervical disease diagnosed at the first affiliated hospital of Dalian medical university between Aug 2000 and May 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. [ Results] The median age of patients in this study was 33.5 years（range23 -50 years）. 8 cases unbearing. Of the patients , there was a correlation in pathology between cervical conization and multiple biopsies in 73 cases （97.33 % ）, 2 cases （2.67 % ） were slow- diagnosed in multiple biopsies, 2 patients with CIN III performed hysterectomy. Follow up no cytology abnormal was detected and 1 patient had pregnancy. [ Conclusion] LEEP is a method in diagnosis and treatment of cervical diseases and a safe choice for patients who desires childbearing.
