摘要 [目的]探讨VEGF、MVD与胃癌临床病理参数及预后的关系。[方法]用免疫组化SP法检测64例胃癌组织和20例癌旁组织VEGF、CD34的表达,计算微血管密度(MVD),并分析随访的33例胃癌患者生存期与VEGF表达、MVD的关系。[结果]VEGF在胃癌组织表达率为54.1%明显高于癌旁组织的29.7%(P<0.05),在侵及浆膜层组为61.5%明显高于未侵及浆膜层的36.0%(P<0.01),在淋巴结转移组为65.8%明显高于未转移组的42.3%(P<0.05),在生存期<5年组为70.6%明显高于生存期≥5年组的25.0%(P<0.05);MVD值在胃癌组织为35.32±12.29明显高于癌旁组织的18.37±12.35(P<0.05),在侵及浆膜层组为58.32±10.37明显高于未侵及浆膜层的44.16±10.56(P<0.05),在淋巴结转移组为60.22±10.37明显高于未转移组的41.74±8.91(P<0.01),生存期<5年组58.41±12.66明显高于生存期≥5年组42.13±5.29(P<0.05)。胃癌组织VEGF阳性组和阴性组MVD值分别为30.91±12.22和22.78±10.84(P<0.05),二者差异显著。[结论]VEGF的促进微血管生成的作用与胃癌不良预后相关。 [ Objective] To explore the relationship of VEGF expression and prognosis and MVD to clinical pathological parameters and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer. [ Methods] Immunohistochemistry was used to detect expressions of VEGF, CD34 in 64 gastric cancers and 20 surrounding tissues, and micro- vessel density (MVD) was accounted. [ Results] VEGF expression rate in gastric cancers and surrounding tissue were 54.1% and 29.7% (P 〈 0.05). The rates in the groups with and without lymph node metastasis were 65.8% and 42.3% (P 〈 0.05) ;the rates in the groups with without serous infiltration were 61.5% and 36% ; The rates in the groups with less 5 years of survival period and more than 5 years were 70.6% and 25.0%. MVD in gastric cancer and surrounding tissue were 35.32 ± 12.29 and 18.37 ± 12.35. The rates in the groups with and without lymph node metastasis were 60.22 ± 10.37 and 41.74 ± 8.91; The rates in the groups with and without serous infiltration were 58.32 ± 12.22 and 41.13 ± 5.29. M VD was 30.91± 12.22 and 22.78 ± 10.84 in VEGF positive and negative expression groups of gastric cancer, respective ( P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] The progressing vessels generation of VEGF expression might relate to poor prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
