The efficiency of the student management in colleges can be seen in the rate of the students＇ violation of discipline. Therefore, a main issue left to be solved in the process of the management is how to reduce and prevent the incidents of the violation efficiently. This paper holds that warning education is efficient in preventing students from violating discipline. And it should he included as a vital part of the management. What＇s more, importance should he attached to variety of educational forms, flexibility of educational methods and permanence of educational effects in the practice of the management.
