通过引大入港输水工程的应用实例,对给水管道工程中的关键环节——水压试验方法进行了总结,提出了一种新的水压试验方法——盲板法。文中在进行理论推导的同时,与常规的靠背法进行了比较,实践证明,该方法安全可靠,可使试验费用大大降低。盲板法是水压试验中一套思路新颖、理论可靠、经济可行的新方法。

This article summarizes the key period in piped water supply system and raises a new water pressure testing method--boards partitioned section pressure test （BPSPT）,based on the analysis of the living example of the diversion works drawing the water in the Dalangdian Reservoir to the port. In addition to theoretical analysis and calculation, this article compares BPSPT with the conventional method of earth backed pressure test and puts forward a new method that is reliable and feasible. The new method will greatly reduce the test cost and is strongly recommended for similar projects.
