分析了西安市下岗职工再就业中存在的问题,提出了解决再就业问题的对策,包括下岗职工应转变就业观念,管理层应发展技术培训,发展民营经济等,其中特别强调了政府在考虑经济增长的同时能够提供更多的就业机会,是解决这一问题的关键。

This paper analyzes the problem of reemployment in the laid- off workers in Xi＇ an, and proposes some countermeasures for solving the problem, including transformation of employment ideas for the laid - off workers, development of skill training by managers, and development of private enterprises. The key to solve the problem is to emphasize the function of government to provide more opportunities with economic increase.
