For the discussion of the question of relation between fairness and efficieny, researchers are generally regarded it as a pair of contradictions with one - sided view. In fact, fairness and efficiency can be unified. Based on the analysis of traditional one- sided view, this paper, from a long- term, whole, and dialectical perspective, discusses the relation between fair ness and efficiency.
