Science of systems engineering:a new construction of discipline system of systems engineering

复杂性科学的兴起和科学发展观的提出,为系统工程学科创造了新的发展机遇,为此提出系统工程科学的命题。按照“是什么-为什么-怎么做-何处用”的逻辑结构,构建了“认知系统工程学-理论系统工程学-技术系统工程学-实践系统工程学”这一系统工程学科体系的新框架,并分十二个主题阐述了新框架的具体内容。

Science of complexity and scientific viewpoint of development provide a new development opportunity for discipline of systems engineering. For this reason, the proposition of science of systems engineering is put forward. According to logic of “what - why - how - where”, a new framework of discipline system of systems engineering is constructed, including cognitive systems engineering, theoretic systems engineering, technological systems engineering, and practical systems engineering. The new framework is then expounded in order of twelve relative topics.
