脑电功率谱与脑电地形图的临床应用

摘要 本文应用国产QCJN—1型脑电波处理系统,测定20例正常人和7例颅内占位性病变(左额颞硬膜下血肿、左额多发占位性病变、左顶占位性病变,右额占位性病变、右丘脑出血,1例,脑血管造影右额脑膜瘤1例,临床诊断1例)的脑电功率谱百分比和脑电地形图。 QCJN-1 model EEG processing system have been used to measure EEGPS and BEAM iu twenty normal person and seven patients with intraeranial mass lesions (the left frontal temporal sabdural hematoma; the right thalamie hemorrhage; the right frontal, left parietal and right frontal-poly intracranial mass lesions; two rases of meningoma one diagnosed by CAG and other by clinic). The power spectrum percentage parameter of band is prevaling in each normal aged groups,.but which of δ and θ bands shows no significant difference (P>0.05 On contrast with group of patients who have intracranial mass lesion, the percentage param--i. ; of 6 and 9 bands increases more conspicuously than that of compared group (P<0.01) The location of intracranial mass lesions diagnosed by BEAM is consistent with the result of CT scan in five of seven patients and one with CAG
