超声波刺激虚里治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical Research on Ultrasonic Wave Therapy Xuli in Treating Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨超声波刺激虚里治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法:将200例冠心病心绞痛的患者随机分为治疗组100例,对照组100例,除常规药物外,加用超声波刺激虚里,每日1次,对照组口服单硝酸异山梨酯,每次40mg,每日1次。对两组患者冠心病心绞痛疗效进行对照观察与研究。结果:超声波刺激虚里可显著改善冠心病心绞痛临床症状,超声波刺激虚里治疗组总有效率85%。单硝酸异山梨酯对照组总有效率58%。两组比较P<0.05,有显著差异。显著改善心电图,治疗组总有效率为72%。对照组总有效率为47%。两组有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后缺血总面积变化比较,治疗组从治疗前的(82.83±12.46)减少到治疗后(25.58±8.45),与治疗前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对照组从治疗前的(81.85±13.47)减少到治疗后(54.72±9.48),两组治疗后比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:超声波刺激虚里对改善冠心病心绞痛有明显疗效。

Objective ：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of ultrasonic wave therapy xuli in treating coronary heart Disease with angina pectoris. Methods ： 100 coronary heart Disease patients with angina pectoris were divided into the control group and ultrasonic wave therapy xuli group. The ultrasonic wave therapy xuli group were stimulated xuli acupoint with ultrasonic wave and the holter ECG, blood viscosity and were examined. Results ： In the ultrasonic wave therapy xuli group, the total efficacy rate of improving of Angina Pectoris was 85 %, the total efficacy of ECG improving was 72 %, TIB of holter ECG from 82.83 ＋ 12.46 to 25.58 -＋ 8.45. The therapeutic efficacy of current stimulated xuli is higher than control group. There was significant difference between these two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Current stimulated xuli is an effective therapy for treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.
