缺氧对血管内皮细胞内皮素分泌的影响及茶多酚的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察缺氧对培养的血管内皮细胞分泌内皮素的影响及茶多酚的保护作用。方法:将培养的血管内皮细胞分为空白对照组、单纯缺氧组和茶多酚加缺氧组,采用低压舱对培养的血管内皮细胞进行缺氧,采用放射免疫方法测定各组样本细胞培养液中的内皮素浓度。结果:单纯缺氧组的内皮素浓度显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01),加入茶多酚后,血管内皮细胞的内皮素浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:急性缺氧可显著增加培养的血管内皮细胞的内皮素浓度,茶多酚可显著降低缺氧引起的内皮素浓度的增加,从而起到保护作用。 Objective: To observe the changes of expression level of endothelin in endothelial cell after exposed to hypoxia and investigate the protective mechanism of tea polyphenol. Methods: Endothelial cells were divided into 4 groups: control group, hypoxic group, low dose tea polyphenol and hypoxic group, and high dose tea polyphenol and hypoxic group. All of the experimental endothelial cells were cultured in a low - pressure cabin except of the control group that was cultured under a norm pressure condition. The changes of endothelin expression level were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: The level of endothelin expression in hypoxic group was higher significantly than that in the control group, but reduced significantly by tea polyphenol. Conclusion: The hypoxic exposure can induce obvious changes of endothelin expression level in endothelial cell and this change can be affected by tea polyphenol.
