摘要
同力水泥有限公司对其2000t/d级DD预分解窑进行了燃低挥发分煤的技术改造。对改造后的系统进行了一次现场热态系统测试。介绍了系统主机配置和改造内容,现场热态系统测试内容及部位,并根据结果对系统能力进行了评价,指出系统存在的问题和薄弱环节,并作了相应调整,有效改善了生产状况。实践证明,现场热态系统测试是客观、全面评价和分析预分解窑工况行之有效的手段,可为优化生产操作提供科学的依据。
Tongli Cement Plant conducted a technical reformation to its 2 000t/d DD precalciner kiln to fuel low volatile coal, field thermal system test was carried out after the completion of-reformation to appraise system capacity and find short comings & problems so that to make improvement, It shows that field thermal test is an effective way to evaluate and analyze preealciner kiln " s operation condition and provide scientific bases for production optimization.
