摘要 介绍了不同口径天线中使用的截球型天线罩的外形结构、电气性能指标,这种天线罩由玻璃钢单元件搭接拼装而成,采用随机分块,拼缝经过结构和电调谐。由于采用了新技术、新工艺,各项性能指标均超过欧洲进口天线罩,具有抗风能力强、外形美观、安装方便、电性能优秀、防漏雨和抗盐雾侵蚀性好的特点,可在各种环境条件下使用,应用前景广泛。该天线罩的设计方法对同类天线罩的设计有借鉴作用。 This paper introduces structure form, electrical features of truncated sphere radome to be used in different caliber antenna system. The radome is composed of polygonal panels randomly oriented. The polygonal panels are bolted together to form a sphere. The panels joint process undergoes structural and electrical tuning. Thanks to the adoption of new technology and new process ,the radome is in the lead among domestic product in terms of technology and its performance indexes have surpassed that of the radomes from Europe, The radome features optimized electrical performance ,high immunity to wind ,beautiful appearance and easy installation,rainproof,and salt atmosphere erosion-proof,so it can be used in various environmental conditions, The radome provides some guides for design of the same kind of radome.
