摘要
随着高等教育的快速发展,学生与公立高校的涉诉问题日渐增多,呼唤高校实现依法治校;厘清高校与学生的法律关系是依法治校,正确处理涉诉问题的基础;要针对高校不同管理行为引发的涉诉问题适用相应的法律。
With the rapid progress of higher education, law - suit issues between students and colleges becomes an increasing reality which appeals a legal control by making clear their relationships on a correct deal of the law - suit issues and also by making use of relevant laws and regulations according to different issues caused by different management behaviors.
