对我院办学特色的思考

A Reflection on the Characteristic of Running a School for our University

我国高等教育已进入大众化阶段,社会对高校培养的人才质量提出越来越高的要求,办学特色成为高校生存与发展的生命线。我院经过40年的发展,形成了自己的办学特色,即坚持以大庆精神办学,用铁人精神育人;坚持为基础教育服务,坚持为油田建设服务。我们必须坚持和发展我院的办学特色,促进学院健康可持续发展。

The aduanced education of our country has entered popular stage, the society brings forward the more and more high requirements for the quality of colleges and universities to cultivate the talents, and the characteristic of running a school becomes the lifeline of survival and development. Through the development of 40 years, our university has established our own characteristic of running a school, that is, to persist in running a school on the basis of Daqing spirit, cultivating the students by means of Iron Person＇ s spirit; to insist on serving the fundamental education and serving the oil field construction. We must insist on and develop our characteristic of running a school, and promote our university to develop healthily and continuously.
