局部晚期宫颈癌新辅助化疗和同时放化疗研究进展
Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy and Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy for Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer
摘要
术前新辅助静脉化疗是LACC的一种有效的治疗模式,尤其适用于放疗不敏感者及需要保留卵巢功能者。由于NACT后再放疗的治疗效果与单纯放疗相似,不建议在临床中推广使用。超选择插管动脉灌注治疗宫颈癌可以明显降期并且有利于手术治疗。美国癌症研究的报告确定了同时放化疗是ⅠB2期以上宫颈癌的治疗模式。
